Privacy policy: BASKETS BY ROBIN, INC., will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party. All information collected is for the purpose of processing your orders.
Security: Currently, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, as it is transmitted over the Internet.
Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover thru Pay Pal, corporate checks, money orders, and cash. For corporate orders, credit terms may be established on an individual basis.
Tax: Sales tax will be added to all applicable orders.
Return Policy: We take great care in packaging our baskets; therefore any damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately. Gourmet foods cannot be returned. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction. In the case of a damaged shipment be sure to keep all items and packaging as carrier may request it. .
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of orders must be made within 2 hours from time of order by phone.
Disclaimer: Due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal value when it becomes necessary.
Food allergies of the gift recipient(s) should be brought to our attention during order placement. We will not be held responsible for bodily harm should any food products contained in our gift designs, cause allergic reaction in the gift recipient(s).
We assume no liability to anyone getting injured due to the misuse of any part of the gift(s) purchased.
